E.O. Executive Order, Diptych
48x120, Acrylic, spray paint,
shards of glass on canvas
2025

Statement:
This painting features an underpainting of the Mexican flag, complemented by the powerful words "Hope," "Unity," and "Blood," which reflect the meaning behind its colors. A bold gold signature represents Donald Trump's executive order, adding a layer of significance. The artwork is framed by a border of, red, white, and blue, encased in shards of glass, creating a captivating juxtaposition which I hope invites contemplation and discussion.
